Depending on my mood and what I've farmed recently, it's:

Trolls
Trolls plus avicara
Ettins (note -- kick the pig to get the most ettins)
Sand Elementals, or a mixed desert run that starts with Sand Elementals
Minotaurs
Hydras -- well, actually, I haven't farmed them for ages
Salving Cactus -- I needed the seeds, and a guy actually gave me a TON for 5 seeds while I was farming them myself
Mergoyles outside Gates of Kryta (with submaximum character who needs XP)
Titans
Nahjpui Quarter mission
etc.

That's solo farming, mainly with earth elemental builds.

For group farming I've mainly done SF, except when the Scarab Queen was new, as a fire elementalist.

after that? 3 or 4 UW trapping, UW 2 man, 55 solo nec in FoW, and believe it or not... I also like chest popping in certain areas of Cantha.
